I had a few onion ring left in the freezer, so I threw them on my hot dish. The family loved it.
Heres the recipie for those that havent made it:

I like using a cast iron pan to fry up some onion, ground beef, a little beef soup base, pepper and garlic.

I mix up the cooked groung beef in a bigger pan with:
bag of frozen mixed veggies.
tator tots
cream of mushroom soup

return to cast iron pan, top with tator tots and onoin rings and bake to liking.
